Being somebody else

Have you ever felt like transforming yourself into somebody else. Somebody that you always look up to. Be it an artist, pro skateboarder, pro guitarist (I'm actually listing out people I always wanted to be! haha) and many more, you name it. I think I'm not alone in having this kind of dilemma. Whenever I see someone draws perfectly, I decided to try drawing too as you know, practice makes perfect. And same goes to those pro guitarists , pro skateboarders. But one thing is I always wanted to be good at is, skateboarding Tehee I know that doesn't suits me well as I'm a girl but I love being adventurous as I'm one. I did bungee jumping, hiking and even taking an aerospace engineering course feels like so adventurous for me. Well, there are not so many girls out there willing to sacrifice their life for airplane, rocket, satellite stuffs. And these things led me to dreaming of being a pilot (this one has been my ultimate dream since forever) and now, an aircraft engineer.

I have read like so many books and articles, and I feel so stupid that I kept changing whom I wanted to be every single time I read. Until just now, I read Vivy's blog just to keep updated on what I left since the last time I read her blog, and it really bugs me to think that though Vivy has a very busy life, she can still updates her blog like almost every day! At that time (again) I feel  I wanted to be  like her haha

I'm sooo inconsistent. Yes, if there's one word people need to describe me, it should be inconsistent (you can add : disorganised )

I want to be good at one thing, but I still couldn't figure out what is that one thing. Am I good at talking? Listening? Studying? Leadership? I don't know. I asked Nadiah's opinion last time on what she thinks that I'm capable of. The answer was wow! hehe I'm so lazy to type it here though my phone is just next to me. But anyway, it was something I didn't expect to come from her. I'm glad that she really sees me that way though I don't. So, I really need to be the one that she thinks of. I need to be conscious of what I'm capable of.

I'm currently reading "Enjoy Your Life" by Dr Muhammad Abd Rahman Al-Arifi , a book that I really recommend other people to read it. I found a pdf link since I couldn't find any online bookstores that sell this book, but I'm sure will buy it if found one later. In his book, he said that it's important for us to improve our skills , especially interpersonal skills so that we can enjoy our life like really enjoy it because our life involves other people too which means we need to deal with other people to live this life. Unless you don't want to meet other people and decided to avoid people around you for your whole life, then you don't have to think about it. Just live your own life if you think you could enjoy it alone. No, I really mean it because I have met lots of people behaved like that though they didn't realised it. I do sometimes act that way and that's why I'm trying to improve myself. Lets encourage ourselves to always make changes, better changes and we will have a better life. I am now trying to stop myself to just dreaming being somebody else and just be myself, BUT a better myself.

The journey is still long, I shouldn't give up yet because that is so not me cewah! Please make prayers for me!
